Prior to your event, we will meet with you to decide on where to place the oven, buffet table, and other supplies. We can help you decide how many pizzas to order, depending on what other foods you will be having. We usually bring about 10 extra dough balls to accommodate possible overages that sometimes occur.
Above all, we create an experience. We want you and your guests to enjoy our food, and the atmosphere. Feel free to ask us questions while we are cooking. We enjoy sharing our passion for wood-fired pizza, and love to talk about it. We arrive at your location about 1 1/2 hours prior to the desired “eating time.” We assemble the oven and ‘fire it up.’ It takes about an hour for the wood to burn down enough to heat the hearth.
There is a $19 Per Person minimum cost pricing that only includes pizza and a $50 charge that includes pizza, salad, and drinks. We require a 50% deposit to secure the date. We have a $150 setup fee, so the minimum will be $850 plus tax and gratuity.

4. We require a minimum of 30 pizzas (about 13 inches in diameter) to book a party.

6. After you speak with us, we will schedule a time to meet within the week, to view where the party will be held, the logistics for set up of the oven, as well as where the buffet table will be set for serving.
